About the Campaigner Awards

Nominations close: 15 May 2025

The Tenacious Campaigner Awards are annual awards supporting campaigners to be more effective in achieving their goals. We believe determined campaigners can achieve huge impact for society and we want to back them to have the most impact they can.

Tenacious is more than just a funding opportunity. Tenacious Award Winners receive coaching from our partners at Breakthrough, access to expert masterclasses and events as well as joining a community of campaigning peers that we hope will help campaigners to strengthen and sustain their efforts to see change.

The awards are decided in July, with funding, engagement and support given over 12 months from September.

Each selected campaigner receives:

  • £20,000 in funding to help achieve a concrete campaigning goal

  • Coaching sessions & expert masterclasses from campaigning experts at Breakthrough Impact

  • Access to a unique peer community of campaigners

  • Access to the Law for Change and Link for Change networks, connecting public interest lawyers, journalists and campaigners
